How to Book

You can book tickets in person at the Box Office, over the telephone or via this website.

Our processing charge for online bookings is 60p per ticket. Please note this only applies to online purchases.

Book in Person at the Box Office

Box Office opening times are 10.00 – 12.30 Monday – Saturday mornings and 7.00 – 8.00 p.m. Monday and Wednesday evenings + 1hr before each performance.

Getting Your Tickets

Tickets are initially offered to the theatre membership. They are then released for public sale via the box office or online. Please refer to individual show guides for ticket release dates for further information.

In Person

You can call into the theatre during the box office opening times to purchase tickets by cash, cheque or via credit and debit cards.

By Phone

You can call the box office on 01455 615005 during box office opening hours to purchase tickets by credit or debit cards, or for further information on a production.

Concessions

Concession prices apply to those aged 60 and over and under 16, unless otherwise stated.  Please refer to individual show guides for up to date concession information.

Age Restrictions

Please note that children under the age of 3 will NOT be permitted into the auditorium.

Refunds

Once purchased, tickets are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged.
