FAQ

How can I book tickets?

You can book tickets in person at the Box Office, over the telephone, or via our online ticketing system.

Box Office opening times are 10.00 – 12.30 Monday – Saturday mornings and 7.00 – 8.00 p.m. Monday and Wednesday evenings.

Tickets are initially offered to theatre members. They are then released for public sale through the box office, online and the society secretaries. Please refer to individual show guides for ticket release dates for further information.

Can I return tickets?

Once purchased, tickets are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged.

What happens if an event is cancelled or rescheduled?

In the event of a performance cancellation, patrons will receive a refund for the tickets purchased. Tickets for rescheduled or postponed performances, unless otherwise specified by the promoter, will remain valid for the new date and should be retained. Patrons who are unable to attend the revised date will need to request a refund from the Box Office.

Interval drinks for the bar can be ordered in the bar or at the interval ordering kiosk in the upper foyer. Both cash and electronic methods of payment are accepted.
